Pros

If you want to put in the least amount of effort without getting fired, this is the place to be. Very little discipline which leads to a very relaxed environment.

Cons

-Low pay compared to other companies in Utah with hardly any sort of raise. -No sense of urgency. Deadlines are missed constantly without any sort of consequence. -Super political. Managers who want to hold the power instead of helping their employees to excel. Micromanaging. -Lots of gossipers and cliques. -Claim to be agile, but have resistance to any improvement or change. This is causing decline in processes as well as quality. -Many employees who have no desire to excel or change. Very stale and toxic environment

Pros

The company makes a constant effort to build great products and take care of its people/customers. Not everyone has visibility into these efforts, but they are real and should be recognized. Unfortunately a lot of reviews on Glassdoor have a negative slant, and that motivated me to post this review. Other pros: stability, good people, nice work conditions, products are moving in the right direction, strong culture and values, good work/life balance

Cons

Compensation has historically been low, but this is on the rise and becoming competitive again
