      Good place to work, but can be very stressful

      Pros

      There are opportunities for overtime, different shift schedules to match your own schedule, one on ones with your manager, occasional activities,m monthly bonus

      Cons

      No real reason for employee retention. The activities are ok, but the stress is not necessarily worth it. Some shifts do not have any managers that are in the building, so you may need to call a manager after they have left for the day (possibly in the middle of the night) not a lot of room for growth, even though they say there is.

      Great building Great people Great work-life balance

      QA is not respected at all Everything is base on the click you are in Raises do not keep up with inflation Promotions is base on who you know Newer employees will make more money than older ones If go from say manual qa to automation will just give 10 percent raise instead of what automation should be making They say pay is competitive ITS NOT pay is so low compared to other tech companies in the area

      Pros

      The day-to-day here is pretty good. Flexible schedule so you can get home early if you like. Middle management is good and tends approves time off even if it's day-of. Most coworkers in the cube farm are pretty relaxed and friendly. No micro-managing gimmicks that you have to dance around.

      Cons

      Absolutely no chance of raise or promotion even after working here for 5 years. New employees will make more money than older employees. Yearly progress interviews and goal settings are useless (we literally just joke about it and fill out a form once a year, get told something vague and general about our performance and go about our business). Upper management has no respect for employees. Every single management decision (even what our project board looks like) has to go through the parent company approval process. Middle managers have almost no power over their team.
