      Awesome coworkers and team leads and flexible around their employees schedules if they are in school.

      Cons

      It is a great place to work but the development process seems to be a little dated.

      Pros

      Low work load. High backlog of work. You have the ability to set your own pace. However, the slower you are the less of bonus one will get.

      Cons

      Lack of responsibility for individual developers. Loads of technical debt.
