Cons

Management mandating more days in office and ignoring employee feedback and worries about it. CEO casually dismissing employee feedback and concerns about policy changes. Platitudes about employees being empowered but never actually listening to employees.

We're sorry that you aren't happy about our ask of employees to return to the office a minimum of 2 days per week from what was 1 day per week. As we grow, we want to continue to build our culture and encourage a collaborate environment. As we communicated at our recent all hands, we do appreciate employees may have commitments that require them to make some changes to make this happen to discuss further. Please speak to your department leader or the HR team if you need additional time to make this happen.

Pros

Great people and friendly culture within the company, offer great flexibility.

Cons

The company lacks structure and offers limited learning opportunities in my experience. There are no incentives for employee education or investment in their development. While the company as a whole fosters a friendly and respectful culture, certain members of the leadership team exhibit rudeness and foster a blaming culture.

Great place to learn and grow

- Great product, our clients like it and prospects want it - Great people, lots of very talented individuals with a good balance of backgrounds and experience - Great teamwork, positive atmosphere that fosters collaboration across teams/regions - Strong organisation, resilient and able to adapt and evolve

Cons

- Some growing pains typical of the start-up growing into a larger company - Often times people have to do things beyond their role to fill gaps and it can feel unorganised - Little monetary incentive/reward for going above and beyond
