A strong supportive culture amongst peers, flexible work arrangements, relatively flat structure, innovation is encouraged, fun social events.

Cons

High workloads, rapid growth growing pains (comms and process issues), high turnover causing 'brain drain'.

Exciting company with exciting products The people work together and are very helpful Great transparency from senior management

Cons

Communication between teams are not always efficient Workload is not always delegated efficiently and leads to some people having to much on their plate.
