I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience working at Xceptor. One of the standout aspects is the diversity of our team, which spans multiple countries and brings a wealth of perspectives to our work. I feel truly supported by both my manager and my team members. My managers genuinely care about my professional growth and always make an effort to listen and provide guidance based on the individual aspirations. ELT is committed to continuous improvement, prioritizing both client satisfaction and employee well-being. I feel valued and encouraged to contribute, knowing that my voice matters. Overall, it's a fulfilling place to work where your contributions are recognized and your growth is supported.

Cons

The organization is experiencing a period of growth, which naturally comes with some growing pains, like occasional process changes and adjustments. However, I view this as a sign of positive progress and opportunity rather than a drawback. The team is committed to adapting and improving, so these changes often feel like steps toward a stronger future for the company.

- Great team to work alongside and be part of, highly collaborative and supportive environment. - Exciting time - Company is growing and hiring a lot of new people. - Get to work with talented individuals who are driven to make Xceptor a success and build something amazing to help our clients. - Fantastic product and offering which is constantly innovating. - Feel like as employees we are being listened to and our feedback is important; there is a new employee survey rolled out to help improve overall engagement/management and everything employee related. - Able to get involved with different initiatives across the business outside of your day to day and team if you would like. - Regular networking opportunities available, amazing to meet and spend time with the wider global team. - Good work life balance. - Strong/positive leadership approach - very helpful and supportive but not micromanaged, trusted to manage your day and time accordingly. - Not been here long but there is an annual review for each employee so I will be looking forward to understanding the progression and development opportunities available to me in this role/team.

Some understanding and honest managers and leaders Flexible working

Cons

Deadlines can become very tight, you will work evenings and weekends to achieve deadlines set by others, to no thanks. Redundant processes Xceptor does not have an great engineering culture. Very outdated in a lot of processes, beliefs and technologies. Stopped hiring in the UK to focus on a South Africa dev team expansion Not much say on work and priorities.
