We did communicate the reasons why we were asking colleagues returning to the office a minimum of 2 days per week. In case you missed this, our decision to encourage more in‑person collaboration is rooted in strengthening relationships, improving teamwork, and creating the kind of environment where learning, innovation, and connection can happen more naturally. These elements are difficult to fully replicate in a remote‑only setting. To support this approach, we’ve invested significantly in improving our workspaces. Our New York and London offices have been refreshed to provide modern, collaborative environments, and we’ve made further investments in Guildford. We also have plans underway for our additional locations to ensure our people have high‑quality, welcoming spaces to work in. We appreciate all feedback - positive and constructive - as it helps us continue to improve the employee experience.
