Xceptor - Great Culture Great Product!!

Truly enjoyed working with Xceptor, the company exhibits its people, great expertise. mindset and attitude. To top that up, a great product that you can get very creative and innovative with. Great for end users as well, who are not extremely tech-savvy. All in all, great company to work in with lots of potential or opportunities for the future to be unlocked too.

Cons

Good to keep focusing on general industry scalability and adaptability with the existing tech of AI, Kubernetes, and micro services. Services and opportunities expansion in GTM partnerships or services augmentation. Product industry collaboration/partnerships is great to have and see too.

We will continue to look at ways where we can use and integrate AI to accelerate Xceptor further. As you're aware we have also recently hired a Senior Partnerships Director who will be focussing on driving our partnerships strategy. - Exceptional Product: Our product receives positive feedback from clients and generates strong interest from prospects, highlighting its market relevance and appeal. - Talented Workforce: We are fortunate to have a diverse team of highly skilled individuals, bringing a rich mix of backgrounds and experiences that contribute to our culture.

Cons

- Constant Change: The transition to a larger company has brought typical growing pains, but constant change and high turnover have disrupted continuity and stability, straining our team and making it hard to maintain a consistent direction. - Incentive Structure: There is a lack of monetary incentives or rewards for employees who go above and beyond, which impacts motivation and retention.

We are delighted to hear how positive you are about our products, the talented colleagues you are surrounded by and the diversity of people we have in our business. Thank you for the constructive feedback. It's no secret that we have gone through major leadership changes over the past 18mths-2 years. This has been to really drive our business forward to the next level. We believe that we now have the leadership team in place to continue to help drive our transformation forward. We hope by the implementation of regular engagement surveys, quarterly all hands and ask me anything sessions that employees can ask questions, give feedback which we will certainly listen to. Being a smaller business it can feel like we have a high turnover but it's not of a certainly inline with averages of many businesses in the tech and financial services industries. At the end of the financial we intend on reviewing the feedback from Glassdoor with the ELT to identify themes of areas we may need to improve. • Supportive and collaborative team culture • Competitive Benefits package • Inclusive work environment • Autonomy to explore and test ideas

Cons

• Sometimes there could be unclear prioritisation • Due to the above some of the feature are left at its MVP stage - would be great to improve on this • Also the approval process for exploring AI tools and personal development trainings seem to take forever.

One of our Employee Action Groups has been focussing on helping us identify what our approach is to exploring AI tools; something will be going up on the Intranet soon. Feel free to reach out to your Head of Department or the HR team in relation to what the policy is around support on the personal development training. In relation to the other points you mention; we intend on running a review with the ELT on constructive feedback from Glassdoor comments - watch this space too.
