No shortage of ways to communicate with senior people in the company. Comprehensive, history-disregarded private healthcare coverage is a somewhat unusual benefit for the UK and is extremely well received.

I’ve been in the role for about three months now, and I’m really glad I made the move. From the start, the people have been welcoming, collaborative, and always happy to jump in and help. There’s a genuine team vibe here that makes a big difference day to day. One thing that’s really stood out is how open and transparent leadership is. You always feel like you know what’s going on at a company level, and there’s a clear sense of direction and purpose. It creates a lot of trust and alignment across the board. What’s been most exciting for me is how open the team is to product innovation and good practices. There’s a real appetite for doing things the right way, and people are genuinely interested in building better products—not just shipping for the sake of it. I’ve already had the chance to share ideas and see them taken seriously. All in all, it’s been a great start, and I’m feeling confident about the path ahead.
