The work-life balance is exceptional and a genuine respect for personal time make it clear that employee well-being is a top priority. The company culture is strong and inclusive—it’s easy to build meaningful relationships across departments. Its a great place to work.

Cons

At times, the pace can be fast, which may feel overwhelming during peak periods.

Pros

1. We work in a competitive market space with plenty of room for continued growth. 2. We are in the sweet spot where we work with really big name clients but are still an organisation of a size that contributions of each individual are still really felt and are meaningful. 3. We have a friendly and supportive work environment but with a business culture where people care about what they do and are driven to succeed - these can sometimes be mutually exclusive priorities but not at Xceptor.

Cons

1. The high-pace of growth and change can be unrelenting.

Xceptor - Great Culture Great Product!!

Pros

Truly enjoyed working with Xceptor, the company exhibits its people, great expertise. mindset and attitude. To top that up, a great product that you can get very creative and innovative with. Great for end users as well, who are not extremely tech-savvy. All in all, great company to work in with lots of potential or opportunities for the future to be unlocked too.

Cons

Good to keep focusing on general industry scalability and adaptability with the existing tech of AI, Kubernetes, and micro services. Services and opportunities expansion in GTM partnerships or services augmentation. Product industry collaboration/partnerships is great to have and see too.
