Over the course of me working with this company, there have been lots of changes, but the company culture has always evolved for the good. You can truly be a part of the change at Xenon Arc and not just talk about it by implementing enhancements and continually improving the systems we all work on. At the center of it all, Xenon Arc is a sales company, but I do so much more than just sales and have been lucky to get product and project management experience as well. Also, commercial leads have complete ownership of their sales territory and they can take decisions such as pricing, margin, logistics support etc. This is a great place to learn business and each of us have full visibility on what the other person does. It is a start-up kind of environment and I can understand how for some people, it might get overwhelming as we are expected to make lots of decisions daily. I do have to deal with ambiguity constantly, but I think that’s what differentiates start-ups with old, mature companies. What I have learnt in my time here is much more valuable with what I would have learned in any mature company in 5 years or even more. •Early stage company so you get to wear different hats • Valuable work experience which can help you jump to variety of roles • Career path can be tailored as per your passion • Very open to switching teams/industries • Paid Leave from Day 1
