The competence of upper management instills confidence in the direction of the company and there is far less BS thrown around in the boardroom than most fast growing companies. While almost everything varies from team to team, there are no overriding company policies that curtail work/life balance and, if you have a good relationship with your manager, it can be a great workplace with lots of flexibility.

I have been with Xenon Arc for several years, and have had the opportunity to both advance my career and acquire a broad knowledge of the principles associated to running a business. While I sometimes have to step up and work extra hours in the interest of completing a specific goal or objective, in general there is an upside in flexible work from home policies and a generous leave policy. Overall compensation is competitive, and career progression moves faster or slower depending on how quickly the business grows.
