Pros

It’s probably not a bad place to start your career or as a paycheck if you just want a 8-5.

Cons

The company hasn’t been around that long, but everything feels archaic. Really bad infrastructure, technology is lacking, not equipped for the future. The culture is pretty bad. A lot of the leadership have worked for equally archaic companies, and it shows. If you are making a lateral career move to take a job at here, it will feel like a big step down. Do not leave your current employer to work here.

This company has a true team mindset with a fun and hard-working atmosphere. I love my team because we actually work through the challenges together. They also have committees that you can join that host cookie bake-offs, clothing drives, blood drives, etc. and other fun events.

Cons

Parking around downtown Bellevue can be a challenge, but they do offer a parking stipend which is great.
