- Good pay and benefits - Great to work from home - Cool projects to work on - Lot's of growth opportunities - Good people

Cons

- Restructures written on the wall of every domain - Silicon Valley mentality (I realize some might want this but it's very difficult if you're not at the level of Californian engineers) - Culture of high stress. I'm not working late nights quite often in order to achieve deliverables. I am interested in growth but not at the hand of mental distress.

Its a big company and has its perks and good opportunities to lead projects as an intermediate and even for the junior engineers which is great for the experience

Cons

Tedious to get things done, the last 2 years they haven't really seemed to know what direction they want to move in, constantly switching plans and moving people around
