      Used to be great, going downhill fast since research and manufacturing are being closed down

      Pros

      There are some really good people who still want to excel in spite of the obstacles constructed by upper management.

      Cons

      Customer satisfaction is said to be a priority but many parts for repair aren't available and consumables are always in short supply. Many reps spend more time "managing" their performance numbers than taking care of the customers so they could earn the numbers honestly.

      A great place to work. They offer professional training for new sales, good commission scheme, good incentive, good compensation and benefit

      It is sometime too result oriented, a lot of change from time to time, very dynamic culture

      Pros

      I get to keep my job as I see my friends get laid off and see American workers be replaced by Inian engineers. I really can't think of anything positive to say. One good thing is that in the next couple of months I will no longer be a Xeroid and will be working for HCL. Where the employee comes first instead of last at Xerox.

      Cons

      engineering has been the core of Xerox for a long time and now that is going away. I see my job changing as I too will no longer be with Xerox start with HCL. At first I was angry as to why Xerox would do this but I don't like the way Xerox is going.
