- Smart and fun coworkers - Enjoyable work environment/office - Excellent employee onboarding program - Straightforward and streamlined HR processes - The product is something to be proud of

Cons

There aren't any downsides to working at Xola, but I had to put in a minimum, so this brings me to the minimum limit.

Pros

Bright, engaged, "living life to the fullest" group of critical thinking over achievers, with big hearts. The three most notable pros are the work environment, culture, and people. I have never worked alongside such passionate and emotionally intelligent creatives. You learn something new every day and have a good hard laugh along the way.

Cons

It's a start up where change happens quickly and without notice. Don't really believe this is a con, but might be for someone looking for all the glory without doing the work.

Pros

Development practices: We write clean code, do TDD. Everyone understands the value of clean code than just getting functionality out the door. Learning: It's not just about technical learning but also about product planning and prioritizing features based on what our customers want. Taking ownership of the features/tasks you work on. From development to deployment. People appreciate feedback. If you think something can be done in a different way, people are very supportive of it. Good work life balance - Not more than 8 hours of work per day. Also, flexibility to work from home.

I don't have any cons in mind right now.
