The culture this company has built is essentially what every company should be striving for. Every one I have worked with so far is very outwardly focused while still not afraid to voice their opinion. In addition, one of the most inspiring aspects of Xola is everyone's work ethic. Every single person has impressed me deeply in some sort of way. Whether it be their background and education, their knowledge and commitment to continued learning, their sense of humor, or even just how many hours they are willing to turn in. The culture is so healthy that spending extra hours at the office doesn't feel like a strain or a chore. This is the first start up I have ever worked for so it was a bit scary to make the jump to the company, but it is honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made.
