Pros

Having worked in a variety of industries -- tech, snowsports, and non-profits I have a pretty broad range of companies with which to compare Xola. Without a doubt, Xola has the most talented group of people I've had the pleasure of working with, and the company culture is unbeatable. The CEO has created a company vision that is both lofty and tangible, and his enthusiasm for Xola is infectious. The team is small but diverse, with the common denominator being our intense passion for our work and pursuits. I'm happy to say that some of my most interesting thoughts and ideas emerge from conversations during our lunches and post-work outings. The product itself is very well crafted and I'm sure we'll continue to grow in adventure and activity industries.

Cons

Our office is really great, but it's an old warehouse with low I-beams. Only a problem for those over 6'6".

Pros

- Team: We all bring something different to the table and it ends up being an extremely cohesive team. I have never worked with such a smart and creative group of people, they make it easy to come into work every day. - Product: I love how are product looks and feels, and also love sharing it with customers. Everyone is dedicated to a great user experience, and it shows. - CEO: Great vision, incredibly smart, and competent/personable to boot.

I truly cannot say enough about Xola. I am surrounded by the most brilliant, hard-working, and dedicated people. This team will bring out the best in you both personally and professionally. As an Account Executive I get to demo the most interesting and diverse people who are out changing people's lives and making their dreams come true. Our ninja development team always has our back- keeping our product ahead of the curve and arming the sales team with new features to delight current and future customers with. Our CEO is a true visionary with a heart of gold- always making the time to hear the team's thoughts and never wavering on doing what is best for both our employees & customers. Working at Xola has been a definite bright moment in my career, and I am so grateful to be a part of such a dynamic, open-minded, and open-hearted team.
