Bright, engaged, "living life to the fullest" group of critical thinking over achievers, with big hearts. The three most notable pros are the work environment, culture, and people. I have never worked alongside such passionate and emotionally intelligent creatives. You learn something new every day and have a good hard laugh along the way.

I moved to SF two years ago for grad school. During my program, I had two semester-long internships at other startups here in the city and a few months before graduation I started my job search and had a few offers on the table by the time I had my last interview with the CEO at Xola. After sitting down with the founder for an hour I knew this place was right because of the transparency, vision, competence, and confidence he inspired. I've now been here for four months and I am still 100% confident I made the right choice. This place strikes that perfect balance of being able to work on challenging problems, working with A-players who challenge you and make you better, and being able to lead a well-rounded life in one of the best cities in the world. I'm looking forward to doing some of my best work here at Xola.
