Ever changing Company
Pros
Xometry has a great business model and tool that is incredibly advanced for the manufacturing industry. They have streamlined the quoting process for custom manufacturing and really capitalized on their product. If you learn the product offering quick and well, along with meeting managements seemingly ever changing standards, you’ll do well here.
Cons
Very cliquey company. A lot of employees have been referred by past colleagues and (for lack of better terms) poached from a small pool of sales reps at select local companies which has burned some bridges for reps unknowingly to them. Best bet for new workers is to be a yes man/woman right out the gate and never stray away from managements good side or else your time at Xometry will be short lived and disappointing.
