Lunch provided every Tuesday, great location, office is fairly new, very cool space. -Collaborative environment - Competitive pay with yearly merit increases and market adjustments - Offers equity in the company - Flexible work from home schedule (3 days a week in office, 2 from home) - GREAT upward mobility If you're motivated in your career, want to work for an innovative company in a rapid growth phase, Xometry is a great landing spot for you.

- Recent changes made to benefits not great for me or my family, but that's personal preference.
