      Pros

      Extremely supportive management team - They are open to listen if you bring up the concern specifically and will actually try their best to work with you together. At least that is the experience I had with my management team. Everyone treat each other with respect, trust, and care. It is not common from a payroll professional to give only positive feedback for their employer! There may be some growing pains but the company has people with great skills and experiences to accept challenges and to make improvements over time.

      Uncapped commission, lots of money to be made support from internal teams and sales leadership Fun team of people who cheer each other on and celebrate each others wins Work Life Balance
