      Pros

      The people are awesome. I transferred to this department and have continued to grow and learn. Its a great place to work.

      A lot going on at all times and quick changes so you need to be a quick learner and have the mindset to adapt to change quick.

      Great entry level position and commission

      Pros

      Higher commission than most BDR positions, and you get experience relationship-building/managing accounts, and closing experience (BDRs own net new accounts for the first 3 months before handing them off to the AEs, so you’re gaining AE experience faster than most other companies)

      Cons

      Training is still in the early stages of development and not very thorough. Management has issues with hand-holding too much in some areas while in other areas provides very little support. The customer service department is also lacking and causes a lot of headaches for the sales team. Doesn’t seem to be much upward mobility for career growth, but is a great place to get a year or two of experience before heading somewhere else.
