Great pay, benifits and overall employee perks. Not the worst place to start your sales career.

Cons

Xometry is a very interesting place to work-- you have a bit of a cliquey environment amongst coworkers, management either cares too much or too little at times, and it is easy to get carried away in the boringness of the job.
