      Fully remote with decent benefits was great.

      Cons

      - Upper management is very disconnected. - HR team was unresponsive. - Throw you in the deep end and hope you swim approach - So much going on so fast that there are constant internal delays because of how much each person is doing - very minimal onboarding training - Lack of accountability from most employees - Shareholder focused
