Pros

7.5 working hours 2 WFH per month Flexible timings Good learning place

Cons

Company policies are horrible: 1) No punctuality, salary-credit is not on time, ideally should be last working day, but many times got delayed without prior notification. 2) Meal coupons, medical reimbursement, always got delayed by 2 or 3 days without prior notification. 3) They follow very weird salary cycle, e.g 21 May to 20 June, because of this, difficult to calculate your leaves. 4) Leaves will be credited every 23rd of month and you have only 2 days to apply and get approved, other Loss of Pay for that month. 5) There portals are horrible, nobody will understand, even management is confused. 6) Attendance and other details are not uploaded on time, and in the last you end up with Loss of Pay. 7) They have made so many mail-ids for complain or issues but don't will respond. 8) Salary slips and reimbursement slips generated after 3 days.

Pros

Working on latest technologies in few projects. It would be a good company if you join as a fresher/junior level. One can learn latest technologies with respect to cloud technologies. However, expectations will be more, and need to work more time to satisfy them. Salary packages are fine, and up to the common level.

Cons

They have a separate division called Maplelabs(internally). It has people of management team who expect more than one can do in reality. The project I worked has immature team management, and no maturity in handling subordinates. While joining, they told that it has open culture, you can have discussions/argument with anybody in the management, and convince them. But no one listens your word(even for simple suggestions) when you're part of the team. Simply they want team members to do what they have in their mind(sometime it may be foolish, but on questions to be raised). Big Shouting to team members in work places. No proper directions will be given for new entrants. No appreciations will be given, however, the small mistakes will be announced in big team meetings rather than correcting them on one-on-one sittings. Sometimes, few people are asked to go out(by stating that management decisions). I separated with my own intent.
