      There is absolutely nothing ( Ghanta in Hindi)

      Cons

      1. No good hikes 2. No appreciation for your good work if you are not favorite to manager. 3. Managers are least interested in your efforts they are just watching out for your mistakes they create such environment so that you are bound to make mistakes whenever they think of. 4. Support staff is like pyrates of carrabian. 5. HRs are puppets of Management.

      Xoriant , wow what a company ??.You will get infinite spare time to chit chat, social networking and listening music. If you live nearby to xoriant office, then bingo!!! you are the luckiest person in the world. You can utilize this spare time to sleep or whatever you feel . And most important and happy thing is they will never fire you even though you're on the bench forever. Such a nice company it is. I wish I could be there for more than year.

      Respectful colleagues (peers, not supervisors) Get to visit office 4 days a week.

      Cons

      Work-culture is client driven: Clients are gods, you are a mere slave (a resource) for them. You will be asked to work on few side-projects (or work on weekends) to fulfil client demands. If you join the organization thinking location is suitable for daily commute, management have the audacity to force you travel to client locations. Work politics: Most of the projects are managed by people of same locality, community who have been working on the same project from 15-16 years. People from such inner circle are awarded with monetary benefits, unlimited WFH request, while others just slog like they don't have life. Upper management is expert in stealing credit of other's achievement / ideas.
