Pros

Good salary all Fixed structure. HR team guys match with your counter offers and somehow convince you to join This Company They pay joining bonus in parts No strict enforcement to work from office

Cons

Though salary is good and fixed. No job security at all. Most projects are short-duration, you can get on the bench in 6-7 months. TMG team allocates to projects even though you have skill mismatch. And if you not get selected, they count your rejections for the project once you complete 1 month on the bench, anytime they can force you to resign. Sorry to say, but it's the hard truth.

Pros

There is no pros to mention in this company, completely waste. Most of the projects are short term one. They simply recruit you for a high salary package as per their short term project and once it done they ask us to resign forcefully without prior no notice period as well.

Cons

1)Worst RMG , they just shares your profile to JD which doesn't suitable for your skills. Then says your profile not shortlisted. 2)2 months bench policy introduced from Sep 2023 3)If you are on project, then safe. otherwise no job security. 4) They are not allowing to serve full Notice Period. 5) Worst management policy
