      No pros in this company. Carrier spoiler. No project . they will tell you to resign any time

      Fake Company. Never ever trust on Glassdoor door review. Xoriant has did very good marketing on Glassdoor for good rating . But actually this is worst company in banglore. After 6-7 month management will force to resign.

      I dont see prons anymore to work with Xoriant.

      Cons

      Worst HR team and policies. Worst administration team. Worst management and politics all around. No action taken against senior level management if they are going wrong. Awards are useless as politics is there as well. No opportunity to learn and career development. CEO is not interested to see what kind of people hired at senior level management. Egostic and rude people are hired at senior level management. Employee values are lost in xoriant.
