      Bad Appraisal Cycle

      Gets chance to lear lot of new things.

      Cons

      1. 2023-2024 they did appraisal for just 6 months as they wanted to change appraisal cycle to Jan to Dec. Now for 2024-25 appraisal cycle is still pending. It should have completed around March and it's May about to end. 2. No clear communication from HR and management about different polices. 3. Frequently changing polices which is leading confusion and frustration in employees.
