I was working in a internal project which was highly challenging. But towards the end, the internal politics and management was so bad that I had to get out of there. The team suffered a lot due quarrels in higher management, which eventually led to the downfall of the project. I had received good ratings for 2 years straight. but when project started facing issues due to management issues, the technical team was blamed.

I joined Xoriant under the impression that it was one of the best places to work. However, my experience has been quite the opposite, and it has unfortunately become one of the worst places to work. Despite the management's claims of professionalism, I have found a significant lack of it within the organization, including within the HR department. The promises made during the hiring process were not honored, and after joining, I felt a notable lack of respect. Additionally, Xoriant failed to pay the notice period balance after releasing me early, even though I was a billable resource. This experience has been profoundly disappointing and does not align with the company's purported values.
