I am not satisfied with work culture because nothing happens on time. Even your appraisal letters comes 2 months after April and 3rd month will get arrears.

+ Friendly and Homely Atmosphere specially if you are working off hours. + Walk up to anyone with your problem. + The Induction is not as boring, its a Game and fun way to introduce you to people without blocking calendar or wasting time.

Cons

- Worst Cafeteria ever. - No Climate control - Walk up to anyone with your problem and find out that they are as helpless as you are. - Open Door Policy - Nobody is behind those doors. (Its mostly some other chap talking over the mobile phone with his wife or Girlfriend) - Mumbai has worst infrastructure ever, Washrooms have no Tissues and it smelled like public bathroom.
