Organization has no vision, poor work culture and lags in business processes
Pros
I worked from at Balewadi Pune location. No traffic. office - home travelling time saved. Negotiate well and get good package. For freshers it's a good place to start. Freshers from some colleges and regions get hired more. I think it is like this companies strategic decision. or may be few senior big big peoples native place love !
Cons
Company works for some software projects but it is not having some special area. Any paying client is fine. No organization vision at all. Customer is GOD. Managers are GOD. Management is always right. Working or not working no value. But keep all GODs happy. You will get awards. Promotion. Good appraisal. On site opportunity. Else Engineers are lazy. Engineers only make mistakes. No promotion. Poor appraisal. Your work over then you will be put on bench. Then beg for project. Very poor work culture. There is different web portal for almost everything. If issue, open ticket. without ticket no solution. poor business process causes lot of tickets. Managers easily fools higher management. No feedback process. No 360 degree appraisal process.
