      Pros

      Many small projects with wide spectrum of technologies. Might get chance to work and learn new technologies through corporate training. Salary is pretty competitive. Timings are pretty flexible depending on your project.

      Cons

      Company policies are only on paper as your work hours and work life balance completely depends on your manager or lead. Tech leads are more about micro management than technical guidance

      1) Already groups formed (If you following them) Appreciation, Onsite, Flexibility is limited to those people only. 2) Higher Authorities are of no use (Non Technical people).
