      Pros

      Xoriant is good company to work with. Management is friendly and work environment is very productive. They understand employees well.

      Cons

      Nothing specific in terms of negative points for Xoriant. It had some hard time few years bacl but now they are back on the track.

      1.Work from home option. 2.Competitive salary. 3.Flexible working hours(7.30 hrs). 4.Work life balance is very good. 5.You can get a lot of time for learning and other things.

      1.Some projects are small and no growth. 2.More people are on the bench. 3.No proper communication with the manager in some projects, sometimes you just have to sit wait for the work to come. 4.
