      Pros

      Only they will use you un-till , xoriant needs your tech skills. Fake discussions would happen on phone calls and in meeting rooms. Never provides commitments on paper. (No Pros after a long journey). It was the worst mistake of my life to join Xoriant.

      Cons

      Worst management and HR persons. HR persons and Management persons creates scenario to force resign you even after award-able performances. If you not belongs to Maharashtra or your home town is not near Maharashtra. Then they will cheat you definitely.

      Pros

      Xoriant has good work culture and the company is on growth path decent pay package Work life balance is good Product company culture even though its a service organization for big product companies like HDS

      Cons

      management should also care for employee's work interest based on their past experience. Sometimes it is observed that management only care about billing of resource that most of the service companies do.
