      Pros

      This is company u will like to work of u r not a regular 9 to 6 who spends more time on processes but a company where you will love to solve new challenges. Though there are immense work pressure and that is where people shine by getting polished. I had been working here for last 6 months and I have enjoyed every bit of it. Flexible works hrs ,great pay if u negotiate, work from home. If u are a complaining type then this is not for u. Teams here are performance driven and works as a team and as a IC will minimum manger interference. I have not seen any cons as of now. Just wish good luck .

      None as of now . though no company can escape this as each individual has different mindset and work attitude. But still as a company Xoriant is a good option if u are around Pune.
