      Pros

      XPERI has attracted some great engineering and development talent. The atmosphere is very collegial and supportive. Good benefits and perks. Leaders are adept at assessing the big picture. All levels are encouraged to be engaged leaders.

      Cons

      The company is the result of several mergers and is still in the integration stage. The corporate structure is somewhat flat, which can limit career opportunities.
