      Great pay and smart people

      Pros

      The compensation was great. I really liked and respected my coworkers and felt they worked hard and were fun to be around. My direct manager was especially smart and someone I aspired to be like.

      Cons

      None for me. I had one very bad manager who was smart yet never produced any work but the company ultimately let him go so I feel they did the right thing in the end.

      Pros

      Xperi is a great company to work for. It has all the good thing what I can expect from a multi national company. We work on great technology, we have great leaders, company's vision is very clear and highly innovative and technical work. Ideas are valued here very much. We build innovative products and solving some of the critical customer's problem what they dont get in every other product available.

      Nothing as such what I could think about.
