      Upper management is amazing! Very understanding and willing to work with you. The whole team is always willing to help, without a doubt a company that truly cares about the team. If you are looking to for a company with amazing values, great work atmosphere and lots of career opportunities, Xperteks is the place for you!

      Cool People - Good Environment - Not much opportunities

      - Employees were really cool to work with - Management was willing to help when necessary - Expensed Metro - Casual dress code (a break from the business attire)

      Cons

      - Not much opportunity to get promoted or move up in the ranks - A little more organization with KB and RMM tools

      - Smaller (family-like) organization where your voice is heard and you have the chance to grow - Clients in various industries that are fun to work with and interesting to support - A rockstar technical team who genuinely care about their work. I really enjoyed being surrounded by intelligent engineers - Management that had a true open door policy

      Cons

      Typical pains you come to expect with a smaller, growing organization. At the moment we are fully remote, which everyone has their own opinion of. I enjoyed it.
