      Cons

      Not much really, if you are on a cool project, enjoy the ride, great overall experience.

      Pros

      Pretty relaxed atmosphere. Lot's of things you can learn over there. No weekend work is nice. Clients for the most part are relatively nice.

      Cons

      No overtime pay. No designated lunch break. You'll often have to work through lunch. In fact, there are no breaks at all.
