Unlimited PTO with benefits and a 401k match Options to work fully remote, fully in office, or any combo which is very flexible Growing company with lots of career growth opportunities

Cons

Subpar pay compared to other technology companies. Promises of action to fix this pay issue years ago with no follow through. Ever changing priorities without ever finishing the prior priority. It began to feel like everything was a scramble. Mistakes made are not learned from and leadership does not listen to input. Currently very high churn, terrible morale, lots of open head counts while being told you are on a rocket ship.

This place lacks leadership in a big way. The CTO is non existent and his leaders don't know what they are doing. Also, worth mentioning widespread harassment and racism.

I find working at Xplor hard and unrewarding. You constantly feel replaceable and unimportant. Our leaders are incompetent and rule with an iron fist.
