We’re proud of our approach to flexible working and know this is something a lot of our Xplorers really value. We are, however, sorry to hear you disapproved with your leadership team. Our People Leaders play a crucial role in building our culture, helping our Xplorers reach their full potential and making Xplor a great place to work. We also know that effective leadership is a journey and understand no single style will work for everyone and every scenario. To help Xplorers take the next step in their careers, we promote from within whenever possible which sees some of our Xplorers transition into their first leadership role. We agree that giving people the right tools and training is crucial, and we’ve just launched our first leadership development program called Leading at Xplor that our people leaders are going through now. We’re committed to equipping all of our managers with the resources and support they need to keep growing their leadership skills.
