      Pros

      One of the things that drew me to this company was their insistence on providing training and up-skill opportunities to their employees. Management the IT department is careful and calculating when giving estimates to the business on deliverables and communication about the business itself is great from C-Suite!

      Sometimes departments are not aligned with their technologies and tools they use for project management and other day-to-day type activities.
