The work environment simply cannot be found anywhere else! Being my first job out of college, I wanted to be sure that I entered a company culture that felt comfortable and motivating. I found that immediately at FieldEdge. After being here for nearly 8 months, the culture hasn't changed one bit. Even with the immense spike in growth, each influx of new hires has been a great addition to the company and has allowed for the culture to thrive and expand. My managers push us daily to do our best and serve as great resources for career growth. This company has boundless success on the horizon and I'm so excited to be a part of the journey toward it.
