      -No micromanagers - trust for autonomous work -Everyone is very supportive across departments -Real comraderie -Flexibility as required

      I took the job because the product you are selling is something you can believe in, the culture, and the potential for growth. I am incredibly impressed with the way management fast tracks you for growth within the company, the way I am treated as an employee, and the people I work with every day. I worked in another industry doing sales before I got here, I greatly prefer my role at FieldEdge to anything I have done prior.
