      People, culture, executive leadership team. Everything is great about how it all gels together. As middle management myself, I have the freedom and trust to get the job done enabling me to nurture my strengths and work on my weaknesses. I love being a part of something as fulfilling as changing education for the better. The CEO and COO are some of the nicest, well grounded yet driven individuals I've ever been involved with

      Cons

      "Xplor Time". One week feels like 6 months at Xplor. We achieve so much in so little time that the pressure can at times feel overwhelming. But the finished product once a project is complete is incredibly fulfilling and motivating.
