      - Supportive of career goals - Genuinely care about each and every employee - CEO works in the same space as all other employees & we can say hi/ have a conversation anytime we like - something I have not been able to do at any other company - No silos - each employee is treated equally - Would highly recommend to all friends and family - Xplor is the best company I have ever worked for
