      Pros

      -Open office environment so all employees, including upper management, are very accessible. -Opportunities for upward growth and training across departments. -Each employee's day-to-day work makes a huge impact on the success of this company. Your workload plays a key role to the company and you will not feel like the contributions you make go unnoticed. -Your ideas, feedback and opinions are truly valued, regardless of what your role is. -Everyone is super friendly! -Lots of free snacks/drinks and of course our office dog, Chloe, is the best!

      Cons

      -Some days can be stressful and require longer working hours, but that's just how it goes anywhere! -Chloe comes in most days, but when she's not here, it's super sad!

      Pros

      FieldEdge made the interview process very easy on me, which is rare to find as interviewing is typically a job within itself. HR was straight forward with what I was to expect as well as what would occur during each step of the process. All the team members that I met with and Skyped with were easy going and made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. They were very accommodating of my schedule and replied to any questions that I had right away.

      Cons

      I honestly do not feel that I experienced any "Cons" during the interview process.

      Amazing company and culture

      Pros

      The company has an amazing culture. It has the start-up feeling but with alot more sense of security. They really take care of their employees. The benefits are second to none. Management is very approachable and are willing to help with any question or concern that you might have. It is a great team environment. Highly recommended.

      Cons

      None unless you don't like working for a great company.
