Pros

I've been working at FieldEdge for about 2 months now and absolutely love it. The culture is amazing. It is very team oriented with no politics or hidden agendas. Everyone is passionate about what they do, committed to winning and eager to help others be successful. The result is that the company is growing like crazy - definitely a great place to be!

Cons

Not necessarily a con but it is a fast paced environment and will require that you put in the effort and commitment to be successful. There is also not a tremendous amount of structure - everyone basically does what they need to do to get it done.

Pros

FieldEdge is an industry leader in field service management software. Most of the service contractors in the industry have either heard about us or have pursued interest after engaging with one of our reps. In addition, we have unbeatable market intelligence and insight into the areas that we partner with. The product is incredible, because each of us have a stake in why people choose to partner with us. The sales team is collaborative. Although, everyone works independently with their own pipeline to manage. The sales team is also a melting pot. Each individual is successful, because each contributor brings something new to the table. I strongly believe that everyone I work with is passionate about what we do and who we serve. Every individual is willing to lend a hand as long as your willing to ask. In addition, management is always accessible. Not only is it helpful when questions arise throughout the day, they also care a great deal about creating a healthy environment. Competitions, awards, recognition, and support are just a few of the things that keep the team fresh and eager to sell. Team meetings are also critical to staying focused and sharing what we hear in the market. But, it's also our time to get excited for our day and to share wins with our team. We all work really really hard and it's also really nice that it's recognized.

Cons

We are growing quickly internally as well as our customer base. Because we take a lot of consideration in to supporting both, a lot more input is needed. Although, most people are willing to do that by coming in early, staying a little bit later, or planning some time in off hours. However, it is not a requirement.

Pros

This company is growing at a rate in which is scary. The entire team from every office has one goal in mind, to continue growing at a phenomenal rate. An astronomical amount of choices when it comes to free drinks and snacks!! Truly the best position I have ever had in my life

Cons

May work longer hours depending on the week, but this is expected due to the growth.
